Who we are
SIA “Altes”, registration number: 45403042897, legal address: Vienības gatve 87e, Riga, Latvia, LV-1004 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.
General Terms
If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts, and other applicable regulations.
Making Purchases
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to each product.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the payment to finalize the order.
Payment Terms
The currency used for transactions on the website is euros (EUR). Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the STRIPE payment platform:
• Visa/Mastercard card payments
• PayPal payments
NB! When using the internet banking payment method, confirm your order and click the “Return to Merchant” button.
Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution STRIPE or PayPal.
The contract takes effect upon successful payment to the online store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.
Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to most European countries. Purchased items are shipped using reliable courier services, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
We process and ship orders within 2-5 business days from our warehouse in Germany to ensure fast and efficient service. We work with trusted carriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, providing both courier delivery and parcel locker options where available.
All duties and taxes required for receiving the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Purchased products are typically delivered to the Buyer’s specified address within 3-5 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. (Depending on the product, the Buyer may not have mandatory withdrawal rights; in such cases, the reason must be clearly stated and explained.) The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, the product may only be used for its intended purpose, and the consumer is responsible for maintaining its quality and safety during the withdrawal period. If the product is misused, damaged due to improper handling, or not used according to instructions, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store reserves the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the product’s value.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit the withdrawal form, which is available on our website: Return Form, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Buyer covers the return shipping costs, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
The Buyer is required to return the goods to the Seller without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form to the Online Store. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will promptly refund all payments received from the Buyer under the Distance Contract, but no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return are received. If the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obligated to reimburse the excess shipping costs.
The Online Store is not liable for delays, non-performance, or other types of non-fulfillment caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Online Store.
The Online Store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request their return from the Buyer if the price listed on the Online Store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Products
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformities or defects in the goods sold to the Buyer that arise within 6 months from the date of delivery or that were present at the time of delivery, provided this assumption is not inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the defect itself. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any non-conformity immediately, within 2 months of discovering it, by submitting a complaint. The Online Store is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request that the defects be remedied or that the goods be exchanged for new ones free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall refund all payments made under the Distance Contract. The Seller must provide a written response to the Buyer’s complaint within 15 days.
Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data
The Online Store processes only the personal data provided by the Buyer during the order process, such as name, surname, email address, etc.
The Online Store transfers personal data to the transportation service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of the goods.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including updates and offers, we may periodically contact you with information about our services and latest promotions. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The Buyer may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by notifying us via email at hello@drflex.eu
Dispute Resolution Procedure
For matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through these means, it will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian law.
Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer also has the right to seek dispute resolution through the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
